Hackathon-AI 2025 (Hack & Blast ²) is a high-intensity AI technology hackathon hosted by the Italian artificial intelligence company Bhblasted S.r.l. Società Benefit , held on May 9-10, 2025 in the city of Caserta , Italy, at Viale Paul Harris 63, Edificio C2 . This event focuses on the application of AI technology in practical work scenarios, bringing together developers, Product Managers, AI engineers and Subject-Matter Experts from all over the world to participate in a day and a half of practical programming challenges.
The organizer , Bhblasted S.r.l. Società Benefit , headquartered in Nola, Italy, is a technology innovation company specializing in enterprise-level AI automation, no-code platforms, and intelligent agent systems. The company is committed to integrating generative AI, RAG technology, and LLM agent systems into actual business processes to promote the rapid landing of AI technology.

A total of 20 groups were organized for this competition, with about 5 people in each group. The groups and tracks were randomly determined on site. The Wishful team consisted of three people, Ma Q, Li YX, and Jeffery Bai, who were assigned to two different groups on site: Group 6 and Group 7. In the end, both groups won tied third place at the same time due to their excellent completion and display effect.
The competition has set up five themed tracks, each corresponding to an innovation direction of AI in real scenarios.
AI for Teams & Work Automation: Improve team efficiency and automate daily tasks.
Auto-Sales AI: Automatically generate sales responses to accelerate the sales process.
RAG-Enabled Chatbot: Enterprise-level Knowledge Base Q & A robot.
Software Improvement with AI: AI-assisted software development and User Experience improvement.
No Code AI Agents: Build intelligent automation task agents without programming.

Each team is equipped with a mentor who is fully involved in project promotion and scheme polishing. The entire development cycle is very compact, and participating teams need to complete the complete process from product conception, prototype design to development, testing, and on-site demonstration in about one and a half days. The review process not only focuses on the integrity and depth of Technology Implementation, but also attaches great importance to the usability, practicality, and innovation of the project.
One of the highlights of this event is the highly diverse backgrounds of the participants. Although technology is the core, the participants are not limited to computer or engineering majors, but also include practitioners from fields such as education, business analysis, and User Experience design. The age structure is also quite broad, with participants ranging from college students around 20 years old to experienced professionals. This cross-disciplinary and cross-age composition brings multidimensional perspectives and creative collisions to teamwork, making the style and discussion process of each project present distinct personalities and speculative values. The judging team is also strong, with experts from the fields of technology, entrepreneurship, and investment serving as the final judges, including:
Kimberly Logan (Google) : Senior Project Manager for Search Infrastructure, specializing in cross-team collaboration and complex technology implementation.
Vincenzo Montalbano (Mamcrowd/Azimut VC) : Investor, focusing on early-stage project incubation and market strategy;
Vincenzo Chianese (Bhblasted CTO) : Deep experience in AI, cloud architecture and agile development;
Alberto Giusti : Serial Entrepreneur and Angel Investor, senior expert in digital strategy and crowd funding in Europe.

During the review process, expert judges comprehensively consider the practical application value, Technology Implementation level, feasibility of implementation, and on-site demonstration performance of the project, and score and comment. The overall process is compact but orderly arranged, and the on-site atmosphere is professional and efficient.
