On March 10, 2025, the TikTok Shop Italy Localized Fulfillment Model Merchants Conference was successfully held at WISHFUL TAP, located at Via Paolo Sarpi, 2, Milan. Co-hosted by WISHFUL TAP and TikTok Shop, the event brought together dozens of cross-border e-commerce practitioners and TikTok Shop merchants focused on the Italian market, to explore new growth opportunities for localized operations in Europe.
The event officially started at 11:00, with check-in beginning at 10:30. The venue offered a professional and relaxed atmosphere with city views and casual networking areas. Many merchants exchanged insights on TikTok Shop Italy operations and local fulfillment during check-in.
At the opening, Wang Xiao, Vice President of TikTok Shop, delivered a keynote speech. He welcomed all attendees and shared TikTok Shop’s strategic layout in the European market, highlighting the core value of Italy’s localized fulfillment model: local warehousing and delivery greatly shorten logistics time, improve customer experience, reduce cross-border logistics costs, and lower operational risks for overseas warehouses. His speech clarified the development direction for merchants and demonstrated TikTok Shop’s long-term commitment to supporting local businesses in Europe.

In the following session, the team presented detailed explanations of the localized fulfillment model, including operational processes, official policies, incentive plans, and performance comparisons between traditional cross-border shipping and local fulfillment. Attendees took notes and captured key content for future reference.
During networking and refreshment breaks, merchants communicated one-on-one with the TikTok Shop official team and WISHFUL TAP experts regarding local warehouse access, logistics efficiency, after-sales service, and daily operation challenges. The atmosphere was active and productive.
Many merchants commented that the event provided a clear understanding of localized fulfillment advantages and practical operational guidance, laying a solid foundation for further development in the Italian market.
