Shorter Settlement Period


TikTok Shop has just introduced a Shorter Settlement Period for sellers who meet specific shop performance requirements. Sellers who qualify can receive payment 3 calendar days after an order is delivered.


The Shorter Settlement Period is automatically adjusted based on a seller’s monthly performance.


Return Optimisation


It’s now easier to process a customer’s return and refund if it falls within the 14-day period. Our new integration with Evri drop-off means returns can be shipped back with ease; you now have the ability to change refund-only options and have flexibility on refunding particular orders.
